The pillbox hat base is made of plastic resin and covered in blue fabric with a deer and mushroom pattern, complemented with a cute gnome, red feathered butterflies, silk flowers, berries and foliage. The base is 10.5cm in diameter and the piece is approximately 10cm high. Secures to the head with an elastic. You are buying the piece you see in the photos.
